Ark of Inquiry project. UNESCO kicks off the pilot phase in Italy with Veneto teachers
Nei prossimi mesi alcune classi del Liceo Classico parteciperanno alla fase pilota del progetto europeo "Ark of Inquiry", progetto di ricerca della Commissione Europea che coinvolge 13 partners di 12 diversi paesi volto a creare una nuova "Science Classroom" in cui fornire l'opportunità agli studenti di partecipare ad esperienze di apprendimento autentiche svolgendo compiti, partecipando a laboratori usando il linguaggio delle scienze e lavorando con strumenti e rappresentazioni scientifiche secondo i metodi della Inquiry-Based Science Education (IBSE).
“Ark of Inquiry: Inquiry Awards for Youth over Europe” is a research and development project on teacher training, oriented towards raising science awareness, particularly that of youth aged 7 to 18, to Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI). The project is funded by the European Commission and involves 13 project partners from 12 countries. The project started in 2014 and has a duration of 4 years.
